Product Description
OX-WLD is a series of low-foaming and high-efficiency surfactants newly developed by our company, a multifunctional copolymerized multifunctional fatty alcohol polyether nonionic surfactant. It has excellent low foaming, excellent emulsification and degreasing ability and good wetting and penetrating ability. It can be widely used as the main material of various kinds of needle cotton and blended fabrics, such as low-foam, scouring, penetration and degreasing additives.
Application
1. OX-WLD has good wetting and penetrating ability, and the wetting and penetrating time is within 8 seconds when the content of active matter is 0.1%
2. OX-WLD is used as the main material of low-foaming oil removal scouring penetrant in textile auxiliaries (it can be used as low as 10 times dilution according to the cost). It has low foam, fast penetration, clean degreasing, high hair efficiency and good whiteness , The fabric has the advantages of less weight loss and less fiber strength reduction.
3. OX-WLD is used to remove oil from fibers and fabrics. It can quickly penetrate between fibers and fabrics, emulsify and disperse to remove various spinning or weaving oils, while protecting the loss of fibers and fabrics.
4. OX-WLD has almost no bubbles above 40 degrees Celsius, and can effectively inhibit the generation of bubbles in the system.
