FF-6713 Medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel Plating
FF-6713 is a technology that deposits nickel-phosphorus alloy coating by autocatalytic electrochemical reaction using hypophosphite as a reducing agent. The plating does not contain harmful heavy metals and meets export requirements.
FF-6713 phosphorus electroless nickel plating has the characteristics of high plating speed, long cycle life, excellent nickel immersion and dispersion ability, and full bright plating appearance. It can be used in petroleum, chemical, electronic industry, computer, aerospace industry, textile machinery, precision instruments, mold, automobile industry and other fields.
The physical characteristics of the coating
1, Phosphorus content 6 - 9%(wt)
2, Melting point 860 - 880 ℃
3, Hardness (plated) 450 - 550 HV(45 - 48HRC)
After heat treatment 950 - 1050 HV
4, Adhesion The bonding strength on steel or aluminum is more than 400 Mpa, which is much higher than that of electroplated nickel and chromium
5, Internal stress The internal stress on steel is less than 7 Mpa
