The FI-5108 Non - cyanide alkaline copper plating process is an environmentally friendly process developed for preplating copper on zinc alloy die castings.

1. FEATURES AND ADAPT RANGE
1.1 Non - Cyanide, suitable for preplating of zinc alloy die-casting substrate;
1.2 With excellent dispersion and coverage ability, with a fine, smooth, soft layer and a certain degree of brightness;

1.3 The surface of the layer is not hydrophobic and does not require film removal. It can be directly plated with nickel or other metal plating .

2. SOLUTION COMPOSITION AND PROCESS PARAMETERS
2.1 Process flow:
Pre-treatment → Activation → Washing → Presoak (FI-5108D) → Copper plating (FI-5108) → Post process
