PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Phoenix Ecoseal 6 can be used for passivation and sealing process of
aluminium,which can replace the traditional NiF2 low temperature system.It can
also be used as transparent passivator,and with great corrosion resistance.

ADVANTAGES:

• Nickel-free and chromium-free process;

• Suitable for the pre-treatment of liquid coating, powder coating, gluing,
etc. It can replace trivalent chromium or hexavalent chromium process;

• Suitable for sealing process after aluminum passivation or anodizing.

• No residue.Compared with trivalent chromium,less dust.

• Suitable for coating pre-treatment, improve the bonding of the printing or
coating after the anodizing.

• Suitable for anodized sealing treatment,Alkali resistance is superior to
traditional process;

• Suitable for passivation process of aluminum,the layer is colorless
transparent, does not affect the appearance of the workpiece.
