Features

AL200 is suitable for passivation treatment of aluminum, which can form a titanium-zirconium composite conversion film on aluminum substrate and has good corrosion resistance.

- Nickel-free and chromium-free process;

- It can be used for pretreatment of liquid coating, powder coating, sizing, etc., and can replace trivalent chromium or hexavalent chromium processes;

- Passivation speed is fast, and it is not easy discoloring;

- Used for pretreatment of painting: greatly improve the binding force of printing or painting.

The film layer is colorless and transparent, which does not affect the appearance of the workpiece.

Working conditions

Suggested process

1.        In the absence of chemical contact, it is suggested to use weakly alkaline degreasing agent for degreasing;

2.        Spray washing;

3.        Ash removal;

4.        Spray washing;

5.        AL 200;

6.        Spray washing;

7.        oven-dry.
