Applications
Water-based Coatings
Solves foam and surface wetting problems in coating formulations. Reduces dynamic surface tension for improved wetting of oily or contaminated surfaces in high-speed spraying, smearing, and dip coating applications. Enhances water resistance and can reduce or eliminate the need for traditional defoamers.
Printing Inks and Varnishes
Improves wet leveling on high-speed printing presses, enhances substrate adhesion, and reduces foaming caused by circulation systems.
Dyes and Pigments
Controls gas-induced bubbles during pigment production and effectively eliminates foam from mechanical processes. Additional benefits include static electricity elimination during spray drying and viscosity reduction for downstream processing.
