FF-4310 Nanometer high anticorrosion protective agent
FF-4310 nanometer high anticorrosion protective agent is a high molecular polymer synthesized by using a novel nanotechnology material system. The nanometer high anti-corrosion protective agent has super-hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, excellent self-cleaning function, enhanced surface hardness and anti-corrosion ability, and greatly improved salt spray resistance after coating on metal and non-metal surfaces. It has been widely used in military equipment, aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear industry and other fields.
1. Product Features
(1) The thickness of the cured coating is about 1-5μm, which meets the precise requirements of the workpiece size.
(2) Corrosion resistance to most chemicals. In particular, it also has good corrosion resistance to organic chemical solvents.
(3) It has high temperature protection function and anti-temperature mutation function.
(4) No heavy metals, no fluorine, no phosphorus, can effectively replace the chromate treatment process.
(5) No waste water, waste residue and waste gas discharge.
(6) The adhesion is all grade 0, which is the combination of chemical bonds.
(7) How to use the protective agent: The protective agent is liquid, and can be sprayed or smeared.
2. About the product
This product utilizes alkoxides to generate inorganic/organic materials in a sol-gel process. The basic structure can be selected from typical inorganic materials to typical organic materials. The specific properties of the coating material can be controlled by means of organic composition tuning and simultaneous generation of organic network structures. Applications include corrosion protection of metal surfaces, enhanced scratch resistance of polymer surfaces, or for dust and dirt repellency. The coating bonds well to many different substrates (metals, glass, ceramics, polymers) and its thickness is significantly thinner than conventional coatings.
3. Process advantages
(1) The process steps are greatly reduced. Use at room temperature, energy saving and high efficiency.
(2) Activation and passivation are not required for use on metal surfaces.
