PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Phoenix Seal 149-T is a sealing agent for anodized films on aluminum and aluminum alloys based on a nickel acetate system. It is a liquid sealant, easy to use, and very suitable for sealing electrolytically colored and dyed products.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Compared to high-temperature sealers in the nickel acetate system, this product achieves excellent salt spray performance at a temperature of 70°C, whereas medium-high temperature sealers require temperatures >80°C, thus reducing production energy consumption.
- Minimal dye bleeding (desorption) from the sealed layer.
- Provides a smooth hand feel after sealing.
- Improved performance in permanent marker tests.
- Long bath life.
- Appearance: Dark green, weakly acidic liquid.
