* It is Trivalent chromium passivation for blue process, free of hexavalent chromium, environmentally friendly, has passed SGS international certification.

* It is with particularly excellent anti-corrosion properties.

* Long service life. After passivation process, there will be some TR-290LC draged out by the parts when washed, it means there will be some TR-290LC in washing tank. This washing solution can be reused.

* Stable passivation solution. It is suitable for automatic production line and manual production line, and also suitable for acidic zinc plating and alkaline zinc plating.

* This product has excellent anti-white rust ability. It can be used with sealer to improve the salt spray test.


1. Process Flow


Process:

Zinc plating → Washing with water → Brighten with dilute nitric acid(0.5%) → Washing →Immerse in TR-290LC→Washing with cool water→ Washing with hot deionized water → drying

Process

1)  Add two thirds deionized water in the bath, then add required amount TR-290LC, and then add some deionized water to the needs

2) Heating: Necessary to use. It is better to use acid-proof material outside of the heating equipment (e.g.: Ti, Teflon, glass, etc.).

3) Agitation: rack moving or low pressure air agitation.

4) Post-treatment: After passivation and thoroughly cleaning, the parts should be dried at 80-100 ℃ in centrifugal drier or drying oven for 5-10 minutes to consolidate the passivation film.

5) Tip: It is better to brighten the parts with 0.5ml / L nitric acid before passivation process, especially for the parts with alkaline zinc plating.

6) Consumption:1.0-2.0 L TR-290LC / 1000dm²of parts surface
