1. Process Flow
Process:
Zinc plating → Washing with water → Brighten with dilute nitric acid(0.5%) → Washing →Immerse in TR-290LC→Washing with cool water→ Washing with hot deionized water → drying

Process
1) Add two thirds deionized water in the bath, then add required amount TR-290LC, and then add some deionized water to the needs
2) Heating: Necessary to use. It is better to use acid-proof material outside of the heating equipment (e.g.: Ti, Teflon, glass, etc.).
3) Agitation: rack moving or low pressure air agitation.
4) Post-treatment: After passivation and thoroughly cleaning, the parts should be dried at 80-100 ℃ in centrifugal drier or drying oven for 5-10 minutes to consolidate the passivation film.
5) Tip: It is better to brighten the parts with 0.5ml / L nitric acid before passivation process, especially for the parts with alkaline zinc plating.
