1. Application
This product is specifically designed for the hanger on the stainless steel plating line and is suitable for general electroplating factories;
2. Make-up
This product is diluted with 3-4 times water and stirred evenly before use.
Example: To create a 2000L working solution for a bath, first add 1340L of water, then add 660L of this product, and stir evenly.
3. Equipment configuration
1. Rectifier specifications above 1000A;
2. Specification of electrode plate: Stainless steel plate is required, and the recommended size is 20cm wide and 1.5mm thick. The length can be reduced by another 15cm depending on the depth of the electrolytic bath.
3. Electrolytic bath specifications: An iron drum with a plastic lining is sufficient.
