1. Environmental trivalent chromium passivation solution, in line with RHOS directive, clean production processes.
2. The zinc plating workpiece layer appears translucent after white-blue passivation.
3. Economy passivation solution, impurities high tolerance, long life cycle and low cost.
Technological process
Zinc plating → Washing with water → Brighten with dilute nitric acid → Washing with cool water → Washing with hot deionized water → drying

Note:
Preparation: first add the required TR-669 concentrate trivalent chromium passivation, and then diluted to a final volume with deionized water.
Heating: Heat if necessary. It is better to use acid-proof material outside of the heating equipment (e.g.: Teflon, glass, etc.).
agitation: rack moving or low pressure air agitation.
