Zinc Trivalent Chromium Passivation for Black TR-127

I. Product Features:

  1. TR-127 is free of hexavalent chromium and other harmful metals such as silver, it is environment friendly.

  2. TR-127 can be used for alkaline zinc plating, can form a deep black and shiny passivation layer.

  3. It is a single-component passivation agent. If use with our sealer, can greatly enhance the salt spray and corrosion resistance of the plating layer.

  1. Fill 1/2 tank volume of the water

  2. Add the required amount of TR-127 and stir evenly.

  3. Adjust the solution to the working volume.
