TR-290HC Trivalent Chromium Passivator for Blue Zinc plating post treatment

1.Environmental protection type liquid trivalent chromium passivation process, no containing six chromium, in line with the RHOS directive, clean production process.

2.Compared with the ordinary blue passivation, it can achieve more blue purple and corrosion resistance is good, in alkaline non cyanide zinc plating layer can obtain excellent decorative effect.

3.In different immersion and transfer time, maintenance and management are convenient.

4.Can be used in conjunction with the PN series of passivator, getting a longer corrosion resistance.

5.Can be applied to automatic or manual line, barrel and rack plating process.

Process:

For right zinc plating treatment (zinc layer thickness no less than 6um) and after

washing, we recommend to neutralize with 0.2% nitric acid to remove alkaline cyanide zinc plating layer and acid zinc plating layer, and use 0.5% nitric acid to remove alkaline non cyanide zinc plating layer ---- wash with running water ---- immerse in TR-290HC passivation ---- wash with cool water then hot water(60℃) ---- seal(option) ---- dry.
