1. The appearance of the coating obtained in this process is similar to the chrome layer. The corrosion resistance and brightness can be compared with the chrome layer. The depth of the coating is far better than the standard chrome plating, and the energy consumption is obviously lower than that of chrome plating.
2. The biggest feature is that it can be used for regular barrel plating of small parts, which improves production efficiency.
3. Any light-duty product that has no special requirements on hardness can be replaced by chrome plating by this process, which can obtain obvious economic benefits.
