• FI-116 is a high-efficiency fluorocarbon surfactant without PFOS series.

1. PRODUCT APPEARANCE

FI-116 is a white powder solid.

2. PREPARATION

FI-116 make-up: 0.06-0.09g/L. Moderate increase for first use (try to add 20%-30% more in the case of complete coverage for the first time), so that the solvent reaches the supersaturated state. It can be added in several times according to the consumption of foam. (Dissolve the weighed FF-116 completely with hot water above 80℃ and add it to the plating bath)

3. USAGE

When using must pay attention to the amount of open tank (or add the amount) to excess, for example, after adding chromium fog inhibitor plating tank surface foam full coverage, but also continue to add the amount of 30% of the original amount added to excess, keep the chromium fog inhibitor always in excess state, with the passage of time foam gradually slowly consumed, the surface of the plating tank solution appears empty (no space for foam), this time to add chromium fog inhibitor, foam coverage after adding 30% of the amount added, and so on.
