V. Structure characteristics of the box

1.         test box structure layout

The test chamber adopts the integrated structure layout, with the test chamber body in the upper left, the refrigeration mechanical room in the lower left, and the control box on the right;

The equipment is equipped with Foma casters at the bottom for easy relocation and positioning

The equipment box is made of cold rolled steel plate baked paint, the thickness of the plate is 1.2mm, the color of baked paint is light gray, color number RAL7035, the inner box is made of SUS304# stainless steel, the thickness of the plate is 1.2mm;

The equipment adopts a frame structure, and the bottom of the box is welded with channel steel to increase the strength of the box

Insulation material: hard polyurethane hard foam + glass fiber 100mm thick

The general power supply protection circuit breaker, power supply cable and drainage pipe are set behind the equipment

The box door is sealed with silicone rubber sealing strip, which is specially customized to be heat-resistant, non-toxic and super flexible

2.         drain off water

The bottom of the inner box is equipped with a drainage hole, and the drainage system is arranged on the rear side of the equipment. The drainage pipe is introduced into the user's drainage pipe network system (the user provides the on-site drainage pipe network interface)

5.         container material

The SUS304# stainless steel plate is used, precision laser cutting equipment is used to cut and CNC folding bed bending molding, then argon arc welding is used for full welding, grinding and polishing. The steel plate thickness is 1.2mm; the inner box is set on both sides of the sample rack support table to support the indexing frame, which can adjust the spacing between the sample racks

6.         outer box material

The product is manufactured using cold-rolled steel plates, precision laser cutting equipment, and CNC bending machines for forming. After undergoing argon arc welding and polishing, the steel surface undergoes comprehensive acid washing to remove rust. Compared with conventional spray coating methods, this process delivers a more aesthetically pleasing appearance while significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and rust prevention capabilities. The steel plate measures 1.2mm in thickness (Color: RAL7035 White).

7.         sealing joint strip

The door sealing strip is divided into two layers, the inner layer is high and low temperature resistant silicone rubber strip, which can fully isolate the inner box from the outside world under high and low temperature conditions; the silicone rubber strip can work for a long time in the range of-80℃ to 200℃ without hardening and aging;

8.         stainless steel hinges

The left side of the box door is installed with a set of high strength hinges. A single hinge can withstand 3 tons of force horizontally without breaking, and when bent in reverse, the two pieces of the hinge are completely deformed and combined into one without breaking;

9.         door handle

Door lock adopts roller forced door lock:

The box door is used inside and outside, using the lever principle, with strong urgency, labor saving, single hand touch can be achieved to open and close the function.

10.     exhaust structure

The strong air circulation mode of internal forced circulation, upper air outlet and lower air return is adopted. The air outlet deflector can disperse the cold and hot air to the whole interior of the warehouse, which is uniform and stable

11.     aluminum wind wheel

Multi-blade centrifugal circulating aluminum wind wheel has the characteristics of light weight, large air volume, high wind pressure, and is resistant to high and low temperature, small expansion coefficient, and low operating noise.

12.      observation window

The door is attached with multiple layers of hollow large glass observation window, with electric heating (automatic adjustment) anti-frost and anti-condensation device; the window is equipped with a set of window lighting lamp, so that you can clearly observe the test condition of the test sample in the box at any time through the observation window;

13.     instrument connection

An opening with a diameter of 100mm is opened on the left side of the box, and a hole cover and silicone stopper are provided

14.     test material rack

The SUS304# stainless steel is punched and bent into a mesh. It is easy to use, the spacing between material racks can be adjusted to the minimum of 45mm, and two sample racks are standard

15.     air circulation principle

High power fan driven by external motor with stainless steel shaft, the fan motor is externally mounted;

The air is driven by the motor and flows fully through the heater and refrigeration evaporator.

After being fully heated/cooled to the required temperature value, the air circulates inside the box and exchanges heat with the specimen through convection

The air forced circulation is driven by a low voltage asynchronous high temperature resistant long shaft motor

The multi-blade centrifugal circulating fan is used to stir the air with aluminum alloy blades

16.     control system principle

High quality nickel chromium alloy wire electric heater, SSR control, equipped with independent over temperature protection temperature switch

When the heater is energized, the surface temperature will rise.

The temperature of the air is increased after passing through the heating wire, and the heat is expanded to the air and test pieces in the box, so as to play a role in heating and temperature rise.

The heating power is precisely controlled by PID algorithm, and the output power is adjusted through solid state relay.

The refrigeration system provides sufficient low-temperature refrigerant to the heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the heat exchanger is lower than the air temperature. The heat in the air is absorbed and carried out of the box by the heat exchanger, so that the air temperature drops and the cooling effect is achieved.

The refrigeration power is precisely controlled by PID algorithm, and the flow rate and cooling capacity of refrigerant are adjusted through solenoid valve.

The refrigeration system utilizes cooling balance technology, achieving approximately 30% energy savings and effectively reducing operational costs. As shown in the diagram above, thermal balance maintains constant temperature by adjusting heating output. When the compressor's cooling capacity remains constant, continuous heating increases energy waste and imposes unnecessary expenses on users. In contrast, cooling balance technology regulates cooling capacity to maintain temperature stability. As the temperature approaches the set point, the cooling capacity gradually decreases through PID control (PID stands for Proportional Integral Derivative), ensuring constant temperature while achieving energy efficiency. Theoretically, it can achieve zero heating output, though minor residual heating may occur in actual production
