FF-2200 is a high anti-corrosion phosphating agent for steel. It features low sludge generation, low consumption, no need for surface conditioner and accelerator, as well as simple adjustment and maintenance.
This chemical is suitable for immersion process.

3 Application Method (Calculated per 1000 Liters)
- Fill the tank with approx. 80% volume of water;
- Slowly add 90kg ~ 100kg FF-2200 into the tank and stir evenly;
- Heat up to working temperature for production start-up.
- Production can also be realized by supplementary addition of FF-2200 only (selectable according to on-site conditions).
