Alkaline Zinc Plating Purification Agent
This product is mainly used to handle varieties of alkaline zinc cyanide or cyanide-free alkaline zincate plating troubles. There is no need to use in normal conditions.
Properties
1. Broadening the range of technology: Currently as narrow range of alkaline zincate process,and hard controlling of cyanide zinc plating process, add WL will widen the range of metal zinc and sodium hydroxide process.
2. Effectively remove the impurities: As a variety of impurities may be brought into the plating bath during plating process, this product can effectively remove all impurities, including Organic impurities and inorganic impurities. They can co-deposition with impurities on the cathode so that can avoid fog on the coating.
3. Balance brightener component: As brightener component is hard to control, add WL to balance it, and can engage in production without filter.
4. To accelerate the deposition rate: more zinc ignot could be produced at the same time after adding WL.
5. To improve the throwing ability: could reduce the ratio of high and low area after adding WL.
6. To improve the brightness of the low current density region: could increase low current region brightness and zinc layer thickness after adding WL.
7. Can be used in conjunction with JZ-1, as a non-cyanide alkaline zinc cyanide transfer cleaning agent.
8. Enable more delicate coating: cathodic polarization can be improved and produce fine crystalline coating after adding WL.
