896 Degreasing Agent ; Suitable for degreasing and dewaxing of various metal surfaces
1. Specific Properties and Application
1. It has many properties, such as fast degreasing, high production efficiency, easily operating, working at normal temperature, saving energy and so on.
2. The series of degreasing agent are suitable for steel, iron, non-ferrous metals, Zn-Al alloy, aluminum materials etc. We also have removing-wax agent specialized in removing polishing-cream very fast.

3. Bath Make-up
Add water 2/3 of tank volume in degreasing tank→pour required amount of Degreasing Agent 896→agitate to dissolve completely→add water up to required volume
4. Bath Maintenance and Managment
1. The total alkalinity of new bath is about 20 point, it will decrease as the process of degreasing, replenish appropriately according to the amount of titration and adjust it to technical range. In 1000L tank, replenish 1kg Degreasing Agent 896 will increase alkalinity about 0.5. Beside, may replenish according to experience (usually is 200m2~300m2/kg).
2. Dissolve Degreasing Agent 896 completely, and then add evenly. Clear the oil contamination on the degreasing bath surface in time to maintain the cleanness of bath. When bath is greatly polluted, it is recommended to prepare new bath.
3. The product is solid non-poisonous, incombustible and non-explosive.
4. The consumption depends on material quality, polluted degree, treating time and temperature. Add Degreasing Agent 896 appropriately when steel piece is greatly polluted, and decrease Degreasing Agent 896 when electrolysis degrease or degrease non-ferrous metal polluted lightly.
