Zn-108 golden yellow passivation agent
The Zn-108 meets great demand for corrosion protection with very wide range of makeup. The thick chromate layers are durably bright and provide strong bonding with Zinc or Cadmium coating. Good pH stability and high corrosion resistance helps the process to meet the the Customer requirements.
The different color like bronze iridescent, Yellow iridescent gold, blue bright and clear iridescent can be obtained by variation in solution concentration, immersion time and bleaching procedures.

Time : 20- 50 Secs.
PH : 1.0 - 1.8
