Process Properties
1. The process is stable and has excellent leveling power, which can obtain a bright and well solderable coating.
2. Electroplating operations have a wide range of plating solution concentrations and can obtain tin coatings at lower tin metal concentrations.
3. Good dispersion power, high current efficiency, suitable for barrel plating and rack plating, with fine and bright coating crystals and a wide range of brightness.
4. It is very stable in the plating solution, and the consumption is calculated by adding in ampere hours.
